I promise to give you my very best work, but in order to do that, I need a little help from you. This page will tell you exactly what I need you to do before we begin working together and provide you with a few tips and tricks to help you help ME provide my best work for you.

Good design and website strategy will help convert more website visitors into subscribers and customers, bring in more inquiries, make you look more professional and ‘seasoned’ in your industry, and take you from where you are to where you dream of being!

Now, I know you may not have worked with a designer before so maybe you’re nervous about the process. But don’t worry, you have nothing to fear. Here’s what other clients have recently said about me:

Now you’re booked in my schedule, we’ll stop using email to have our conversation and we’ll start using my project management tool, Asana.

A project management tool is a secure space online where we have conversations, share files, set reminders, and create to-do lists.

Whereas files often get lost when I’m managing projects through email, nothing gets lost or forgotten in Asana. It’s the simplest way to keep your project organized and make sure it goes as smoothly as possible!

Don’t worry – you won’t need to pay for this tool and it’s not hard to use. Click the button to watch a 2-minute tutorial on how to use it!


I believe you deserve to run a business that does not rob you of your treasured moments. I keep separate so I can focus on family when I am with them and work with I have my office hours.

My work hours:
Tuesday - Friday 11 am - 3 pm EST
Communication hours:
Monday - Friday 9 am -3 pm EST

During your project, we will primarily use email or Asana to communicate. This helps me keep everything organized and allows me to do the best job I can. I do my best to reply to all communication regarding active projects within 24 hrs (during my office hours) If need be we can schedule a chat via zoom/ phone. Scheduling in advance allows me to keep my work from being interrupted and my schedule intact.

To help keep your project on track to finish on time, please provide all feedback within 7 business days of hearing from me. 


I really appreciate your effort to provide files and feedback on time and to communicate within the times and days outlined above. Timeliness from both of us will help us get your project done on (or even before!) the deadline so you can move on to the next exciting task on your to-do list and I can cheer you on.




On Pinterest, I will create and fill a public board with inspiration for your design. If you get stuck, feel free to pin from my design boards.

I’ll send you the link to your board so you can start pinning your ideas too. 

If Pinterest isn’t your thing, don’t worry. You can search Google for images that resonate with the way you want your brand to feel and simply upload them to the ‘Pinterest’ task inside our Asana project. Watch the video above to see how to do this.


In order to keep to timeframes and deadlines set, I will need all the content for your website before I start the project. The content requirements will be emailed to you following our design and strategy meeting.

You will need to provide the text for all pages and supply your logo (if I’m not doing your branding!) and any particular images you want to be used on the site. A dedicated, shared Dropbox folder will be set up to upload all the project content so we both have access to it.
